Who we are

The Group is the result of a merger by absorption between Audax Renovables, SA and its parent company, Audax Energía, SA, giving rise to an energy group whose activities are centered on 100% renewable energy production, as well as in the marketing of original electricity 100% renewable and natural gas.

Founded in 2000, in 2003 Audax Renovables entered into a quotation in the secondary market of the Barcelona Stock Exchange and in 2007 included its quotation in the SIBE of the Madrid Stock Exchange. Currently, it is listed on the Spanish Continuous Market under the denomination (ticker) ADX.MC, being incorporated into the IBEX SMALL CAP® index on March 23, 2020.

We are the leading energy group in the PYME segment in Spain, guaranteeing an efficient supply of commercialized energy through a vertical integration process with renewable generation activity, with a solid financial position, and prepared to lead the energy transition in it European market. The Group also manages a portfolio of projects for the generation of wind farms and photovoltaic projects.

Audax Renovables, in its activity of commercializing 100% electricity of renewable origin and gas, is present in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Poland, Holland and Hungary.
